Welcome to our peaceful and cozy 3 bed/2 bath home! Nestled in a tranquil neighborhhood, central to the city of Brunswick. Our home is the perfect home base on your travels. With ample space, tons of natural light and it's cozy decor. You'll have everything you need to unwind and feel at home.

Come savor a quiet moment on the swing in the back screened in patio. Perfect for families and friends.
The space
This lovely home is located in central Brunswick,. This cozy home has been lovingly decorated, with modern updates for your comfort. Just come in and relax, leave the hosting to us.

Inside, you'll find a cozy living room with a large couch, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city and surf. The kitchen is large and perfect for entertaining, it comes fully stocked with all the tools and utensils you'll need to cook up a delicious meal. The dining room has a table set for 5 people.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the converted garage which now serves as your bonus/play room!

There are three bedrooms, all with comfortable beds and plush linens (1 king, 2 queens). The office/ bedroom features a couch that converts into a twin bed.

We have 1 full master bathroom and another full hall bathroom.

In the back yard is the PERFECT back screened in porch with a lovely swing. Perfect for late night hangs and dining al fresco.
The whole yard is fully fenced and includes a grill with outdoor seating.

This home is located just a minutes' drive from all the best shops, restaurants, and entertainment Brunswick and St.Simons Island has to offer. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, this charming home is the perfect place to call home during your stay in the city.
Guest access
You have full access to the entire home and all the outdoor activities! You can come and go as you like and there is an electronic lock, so there is no key to keep up with!

Clean Crisp Convenient

This stay was a quick need now situation and the owners were very efficient and helpful in that need. The space was very relaxing - i was very fond of the screened in porch! The only fix I could recommend would be kitchen essentials. New skillets.pans would be helpful (the metal ones are not easy for all "chefs" to work on). A few amenities there would be a plus. Thank you for sharing this home.
