Ready for a beautiful Florida trip in a cozy home-away-from-home?! Staying in this recently updated and remodeled house, you will have all of the amenities of home such as a washer & dryer, Wi-fi, full kitchen to include a large fridge, Keurig, toaster oven, oven/stove, along with flatware, dishware, and many utensils! You will love to sit and sip your coffee in the sunroom or go for bike rides to see sunsets over the water just 1.5 blocks away at Charlotte Harbor! This home is perfectly located just over the bridge from nightlife and eateries in downtown Punta Gorda, and close to shopping and restaurants in Port Charlotte. The Sunseeker Resort is also just 1 block away. You will have two bedrooms, each with comfy bedding and space for your bags. The master suite has a king bed and a connecting master bath, while the second room has a queen bed and a full bath across the hall. We also, just added a new 65" smart TV! Parking area for your boat trailer with lighting. You are sure to have a fun and relaxing visit here!

Nice place near Charlotte Harbor

We stayed at this nicely remodeled 2-bedroom home from Jan 25 – Feb 16, 2024. We stayed in the area last year and saw the remodeling work being done here after the hurricane. When we saw it was available, we decided to take it. The home has a unique floorplan with the kitchen being in the back of the home and the dining area in the front. It has been beautifully remodeled and has a nice 65” Samsung TV in the living room. The internet service was very good also. We use internet-based programming to watch TV and never had a buffering incident. There is a corner desk in the living area. The two bedrooms had comfortable beds, with the Master Bedroom having a King bed and an attached bathroom that had a small shower and washer/dryer setup. The hall bath had a large shower and was really nice! The home is climate controlled with mini-split units so each room can be set at the desired temperature. The home also has a brand-new water heater that the wonderful owner, Steve, replaced while we were there. Speaking of Steve, he is easy to contact and responds super quick. The home is an easy walk to the new Sunseeker Resort as well as parks along the harbor to watch the sunset. We would easily stay here again if the opportunity is there.

Great host, good location, with all amenities necessary

We enjoyed our time at the house, the Sunseeker Resort is within walking distance and offers tons of places to eat, and the water is walking distance. The host supplied two beach within bikes which was awesome to have and allowed us to explore a bit further. The house was just remodeled and the owner did a nice making an older house feel new. The only negative comment is that there was a lot of road noise, however, the owner graciously went a bought some sound machines which helped a lot. Warning; you can still hear the large trucks unless you turn it up high (too loud for me to sleep), but they worked well so thanks a lot. We would stay here again and recommend it

Beautiful home- great location

We loved our stay in this cute little house! Everything inside is new and clean. The beds are comfy and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We walked to the harbor the first day (beautiful!), and rode bikes the rest of our stay. We loved that we could get to downtown Punta Gorda quickly by car just over the bridge! Great shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it for sure!
