Headed with floor to ceiling access to the furnished private terrace, the room is bathed in natural lighting leaving it bright and airy. The kitchen sits discreetly behind dark wooden panels that open to give service access to the main area. It contains stunning marble counter-tops and splashboard with dark wood cabinetry. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and includes a coffee machine for your convenience. The apartment comes with two main bathrooms; both with freestanding bathtubs and with walk in-shower units. There is also a guest bathroom with toilet and sink facilities.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT INFORMATION
• Standard Check-In time is 3 PM (15:00 HRS) and Check-Out time is 11 AM (11:00 HRS)
• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are subject to availability and may require additional payment
• Unauthorized late check-out after 11 AM (11:00 HRS) is subject to a penalty equal to a full day rate
• Early Check-in from 8 AM (8:00 HRS) is subject to availability and requires a payment of 50% of the nightly rate
• Late Check-out by 3 PM (15:00 HRS) is subject to availability and requires a payment of 50% of the nightly rate

CLEANING
• Cleaning Fee applies to the post Check-Out cleaning only
• Guest will get a complimentary cleaning three times a week with 24hrs advanced request
