Modern living with the whole place to yourself. This is a cozy home with small, comfortable rooms. We have a comfortable sleeper sofa, Netflix, and a laptop friendly workspace. The home is newly renovated and offers a stunning modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to make a delicious meal. There are 3 cozy bedrooms, and high speed Wifi throughout. There's an eat-in dining area in the fully stocked kitchen as well as a cozy bedroom downstairs.

The top floor has two more bedrooms with a King bed in the master bedroom, complete with ceiling fan and a wall mounted TV. On the same floor you'll find a second bedroom with a queen sized bed. The top floor also has a newly renovated full bathroom with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, & a hairdryer.

There is a washer & dryer in the basement for guest use. You're also welcome to use the detergent & dryer sheets. We also have a full size ironing board and an iron available for use.

The house is located in a very quiet and very safe neighbourhood. The home is tucked away in a cozy cul-de-sac that allows you to have peace & quiet at home, while also being conveniently located only 8 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh.

There's a family friendly park close to the home with swings, slides and a jungle gym to keep the kids busy! While you're here, check out the Duquesne incline, Station Square and the Grandview Overlook at Mt Washington to take in the best views of the city. All of which are less than 6 minutes away. Also close by are Point State Park, Stage AE & the Steelers and Pirates stadiums. All less than 15 mins away!
