We are proud of the new renovations we completed in 2021 to the unit. The open floor concept provides a spacious first floor. The first level features an upgraded fully equipped kitchen, granite countertops with everything you need and expect to prepare meals for the family. The dining table seats four or use the kitchen bar which offers additional seating options. In the morning, enjoy your morning coffee on the breezeway and enjoy the cool gulf breeze as you plan your day. The kitchen opens up to the living area which features a 55" Smart TV with all your streaming apps and basic cable channels. Relax on the queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress that gives you additional comfortable space to sleep. Also off the Living Area there is a 1/2 bath for your convenience.

As you make your way up the solid oak stairway to the upper level, where you will find 2 bedrooms. One with a Queen size bed that features a private balcony overlooking the pool and grill area and the other bedroom is furnished with a full and twin size bed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, wall mounted smart TVs and adequate closet and storage space.

Between the 2 bedrooms is located the full bath, enjoy a long hot bath or a refreshing shower.
