This 1 bed 1 bath condo is beautifully decorated with a view of the lake and the pool and is well-equipped with everything you will need to have a wonderful stay. Take a bike ride to the swim beach or grocery store nearby. Only a 2 mile drive to the marina. No pet fee! We also have jet skis available for rent that we can put into the water for you!

There are some great places to eat nearby but if you have the time, you should definitely visit Historic Gruene for great food, wine and live music! Take in a concert at nearby Whitewater Amphitheater on the river. Or float the Guadalupe River close by. We have river tubes for rent!

There is one queen sized bed in the bedroom and a couch in the living room that can sleep 2.

We offer a pet friendly home, only blocks away from the water! The property comes with a pool and grill. We also rent jet skis by the day, half day or hour.

Located on the northeast side, just 10 minutes from tubing the Guadalupe and the Whitewater Amphitheater. 20 minutes from Gruene, and an hour away from Austin, San Antonio or Fredericksburg. Pets welcome!

We are a retired Military couple who are managing our properties ourselves. We aren’t out to nickel and dime our guests or charge a ridiculous amount for cleaning. In fact, the space is equipped with all of the amenities that we as a family have come to find useful when we rent vacation homes ourselves. So we've included cold filtered and bottled water in the fridge upon your arrival, a charcoal grill, a coffee pot, creamer, spices, all the cook ware you may need, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom, additional linens for extra guests, and much more!

With the entrance to the Guadalupe right down the road, If you're planning to float the river, we can have tubes waiting for you at the house for an additional $15 so you can get right on the river and won't have to go through a company to rent.
