2. Check in time is 3pm onwards and check out time is by 11am.
3. EARLY CHECK IN AND LATE CHECKOUT ARE SUBJECT TO THE ROOM AVAILABILITY.
4. We do not provide luggage storage service.
5. cancellation policy is written on below section, kindly read through it.
6. helps us to hold the security deposit. It is not charged when you make the booking. We will not request for a deposit when you arrive at our place as well. The security deposit will only be charged if we found any damages or losses in our property, or if any house rules are not followed by our guests.
7. Standard set up is for 7pax. Do take note that extra floor mattresses are only provided if there are more than 8 guests as per your booking.
8. Extra floor mattress would not able to be set up if you make the booking after 2pm and you wanted to check in on the same day (last minutes booking)
