The space
This is a newly remodeled one bedroom condo in the heart of the Lake Arrowhead Village. Beautifully styled with modern mountain design. Enjoy the lake and village views from your balcony - FIREWORKS ON THE 4TH OF JULY - Walk to the village for dining, shopping, summer concerts, and lake front strolls. Book a spa treatment at the Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa, visit the Lake Arrowhead Brewery, or take a dip in the lake at the Burnt Mill Beach Club - all an easy walk away. You won't miss a beat at this location.

Other things to note
Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted in the condo. NO day guests or other visitors are allowed.

The condo is best suited for mature adults or a small family.

This space is meant for QUIET ENJOYMENT. No parties or loud gatherings. Please do not disturb our neighbors.

The mandatory cleaning charge covers a NORMAL cleaning. If the home is left in an unusually messy manner, additional cleaning will be charged at $40 per hour.

No pets are permitted. Should a pet enter the home, extensive cleaning will be required to remove hair and dander and will incur additional cleaning charges.

No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home.

You must be 27 years old to request a booking and you may be asked for proof of age.

Trash must be placed in the trash bins located outside the pedestrian gate.

Christmas and New Year holidays require a 3 night minimum. One of those nights must be Christmas Eve OR New Year's Eve.

Parking can be found in the Stater Brother's parking lot adjacent to the condo.

Beautiful condo - highly recommend

The location is perfect, located next to the grocery store with beautiful views of the village. The interior decor is beautiful, wished we could’ve stayed longer. Looking forward to staying here again. The hosts were amazing with replying to our messages.

Arrowhead Christmas

The property was clean and amazing. Close to the lake, grocery store, and Village. I would definitely stay there again, when I visit my kids in Lake Arrowhead. Kevin - Washington State

Wonderful condo close to everything!

We loved our stay at this condo! It is walking distance to the Village. The balcony has a small view of the lake. The owners have great style, and we found the condo to be perfectly clean and had everything we needed! Parking is really easy, and there are Tesla chargers across the street. We loved walking to the village for a cocktail or a bite. I highly recommend staying here. We certainly will again!
