No AC. The doors didn’t close and there was mold

The AC only blew hot air and the property manager said it was controlled by outside and nothing to be done about it. The thermostat was probably the first one ever made with how nasty it looked, they had sliding doors that couldn’t stay closed and couldn’t get locked.

Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, check-in, comunicazione, posizione e accuratezza dell’annuncio

WORST Stay and experience EVER!!! Only stayed 5 minutes!!!

First, they sent us to the wrong apartment. The alarm was set. My husband heard a noise as someone was coming with a weapon! We could have been KILLED!! My husband ran towards us and my kids and I started running. My kids were screaming and crying! Then, they gave us the right number. We should have left but in panic and we went in there it was steaming hot! They made some excuse that the heat was left on. But we checked and the AC and no air was coming out! The building is dark and scary. The halls were very dark and smelled like smoke and marihuana! I said we were leaving and we wanted a refund and I will be reporting them! Their response was because of the threat they will not give us our money back, which I could not care less about after they NEARLY got us KILLED! But we WILL MAKE sure nobody else goes through this with renters with such little care for their practices and respect for others! My frightened little boy summarize it best when he asked me "Mommy, is this where the Zombies live?"
