Villa Magnifica is a 2-bedroom villa located in Vitet within minutes of the beach and shopping. This well-decorated villa offers a splendid sea view. The spacious and modern living room with white and wooden décor opens to the pool terrace with an ocean view. At the back of the living area is the kitchen, which is well equipped with ample seating. The master bedroom is located off the living room and has modern décor, a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and opens to the terrace with view. On the lower level is the second bedroom, which has a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. This room does not offer a view, but is suitable for a teenager. Lounge chairs surround the pool, which is well exposed to the sun, and offers an ideal spot for sunbathing while admiring the view. The house also has WiFi, a gas grill, U.S. and French satellite TV. Villa Magnifica comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the low season it also includes a complimentary car rental (category A from Turbe car rental) with any weekly rental. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is not suitable for young children and does not allow pets. Smoking is not permitted on the property.
