The Space:

On entering, the inviting aura of the living room welcomes you, beckoning you to unwind after a day of city exploits. Enhanced by an impressive flat screen TV, the living room exudes a cozy ambiance perfect for gatherings, shared experiences, or spontaneous movie nights.
Sleep in serenity across three elegantly decorated bedrooms that strike a harmonious balance of comfort and style. The master bedroom, adorned with a king bed, walk-in closet, and a soothing ensuite bathroom, provides a blissfully intimate retreat. The second bedroom features a snug queen bed, luggage rack, and closet for a seamless stay, while a third room with two full beds ensures comfort for everyone.
For the culinary enthusiasts, our expansive kitchen is a treat! Equipped with a large island, state-of-the-art appliances, and complete cooking tools, it guarantees an enticing cooking experience. Adjacent to the kitchen is the spacious dining area that also doubles as a social gathering hub.

Guest Access:
Guests are allowed exclusive access to the entirety of our property, excluding a locked storage closet. Entry to the property is conveniently enabled with a keypad, which ensures a smooth, stress-free check-in process. In terms of parking, there's convenient access to a two-car garage and sufficient street parking.
The Neighborhood:
Bates Hendricks is a historic neighborhood and one of the most popular in Indianapolis. The neighborhood was founded in 1821 and now features tons of modern and fully rennovated homes. You are actually only a short walk to the Two Chicks and a Hammer store! Two Chicks and a Hammer have their own TV show on HGTV, titled Good Bones!

Parking: Access to a 2 car garage as well as ample street parking
How to get around; Rideshare apps pick up within minutes, electric scooters, as well as a short walk or drive to everything!
Other Things to Note:
There are 2 cameras on the property. They are EXTERIOR CAMERAS only. One on the backyard and one on front. For your safety and ours, they are motion activated and can be remotely accessed. There is a noise sensor in the living room that specifically monitors sound levels and does not record audio.
