About this space
Whole home. Super clean and equipped as this was our home. 3 bed, 2.5 bath large 2200 sq ft home w/ 2 living rooms. Both LRs have 65" smart TVs.
All 3 bdrms are lovely-very comfortable new beds. The master bedroom and bath are large with a walk in closet and free standing tub. We have a water softener and reverse osmosis drinking water. In the garage, we have a 220v for EV charging.
Located in a quiet, gated community in East Mesa w/ a pool, 1/2 basketball ct and kids playground directly across the street.
The space superb 2 story home to welcome you to. As you walk through the front door, you will see a beautiful dining room and ping pong table game room. There is a half bath downstairs near the kitchen. New carpet and paint throughout the home. Downstairs also has family room attached to the well stocked kitchen with stainless gas stove & appliances and ample counter space on the granite island. Touch less kitchen faucet and RO system drinking water besides the filtered ice and water on the fridge.
All 3 bedrooms are upstairs along with the laundry room with front loading Samsung machines. We offer the laundry sheets for washing. The 7 & 8th guest can use the nice queen air mattress in any room.

Other things to note
One firepit outside is gas and the other is propane…the back yard is very beautiful and you can enjoy a drink at the 6 seater pub firepit table and watch the 65” tv. Gorgeous pool is right across the street.
We do have a watering drip system and irrigation sprinklers that come on twice daily. The community pool is not heated so only open seasonally April through Nov or once it’s too cold to swim.
