Nice, clean, NEWLY RENOVATED - White shaker cabinets and granite countertops!!! Home in a fantastic Mesa location. Near grocery stores, shopping mall, restaurants, parks, recreation, close to 202 and US60 freeways. Look no further! Community HEATED pool. Very Quiet!

This unit is a very spacious 2 bedroom / 2 bath townhome - on 1 level and no stairs! 1 king bedroom and 1 queen bedroom. It is truly great for families and couples in a safe and quiet neighborhood looking to escape to a warmer climate and experience what the desert has to offer. It has 2 separate bedroom and bathrooms - great for 2 couples. It has a nice sized backyard and patio for BBQ's and relaxing in the evening or drinking your morning coffee. The home has lots of natural skylight lighting and this home is very spacious and comfortable. There is laundry inside - washer/dryer free of charge. The HEATED community pool and hot tub are a short walk away. The unit is well equipped with all the essentials; linens, towels, pillows, kitchen dishes and utensils, coffee maker, toaster, ironing board/iron, microwave, dishwasher, oven/stove, refrigerator, etc.

This home is located near the Superstition Mountains and Red Mountain areas. Close to hiking and trails, golf, lakes, parks, shopping, freeways, and about 25 minutes from Sky harbor Airport and Gateway Airports. Grocery store, restaurants including Chick-fil-A, Mexican food, Starbucks, Thai Food, and Target are within walking distance. There is a HUGE park with playground equipment. There is a multi-generational facility within walking distance as well. The library is about a 5 minute drive. Brand New Red Mountain Softball/Baseball Fields are 5 minutes away.

Great natural light

Great townhome with lots of skylights and windows and high ceilings. Updated unit and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed.

Mesa Visit

Property was great. We were unsure of the unit number as it wasn't super clear in the listing and checking in after dark was difficult as none of the unit numbers are lite up. Didn't receive a check-in email with door code. There was no book for the rules so we had to check in with the owner for rules for check out.

I love to travel and recognize the importance of a clean, comfortable place to stay and try to provide the best place I can for others to stay while visiting beautiful Arizona.

I own and manage 13 vacation rentals and have been doing so for about 13 years. I love what I do, and love making peoples vacations enjoyable and the best they can be. I have several other rentals in this community and love the quiet, kind neighbors. The heated pool is a great asset to enjoy year round. Location is close to freeways, shopping, and restaurants.

This location has it all. Close to freeways, shopping, Superstition Springs Mall, restaurants, hiking, mountains, lakes, boating, tubing. This is a great place to kick back and relax and enjoy many days of sunshine.
