Guest are sure to enjoy thier stay at this charming farm house conveniently located in the middle of the sweet spot of 3 great northern Michigan towns ( Petoskey, Charleviox, & Boyne city) only a short drive away; 3 different bodies of water( Walloon lk, Lake Charleviox, & Lake Michigan) which are no more than 3 miles away. The Petoskey wineries are very near as are gypsy vodka distillery and Lavender hills farm for fun day trips and or live entertainment. The covered porch is a great place to sit and forget about all life's stresses. Plenty of room on the property to park all your toys and trailers or even if someone wanted to park a large rv( no rv hook ups at this time).
This is a new property to us over the course of the winter we will be rentivating parts of this house to get it ready for spring. Some of the rentivations will be new drywall and paint, a bench seat in the bay windows, some new flooring, along with the already done, resurfaced pine and maple wood floors and newer incredible kitchen.You can reference one of our other properties at ( vrbo# 988847) if you wish to get a feel for what type ownership you can expect from us on this new unique short term property.

As owners with many short term locations over the last 15 years we pride ourselves in offering as much or as little help you may need with having an enjoyable experience while renting one of our homes and visiting the area. We enjoy providing unique property location that is clean , safe and that you cannot usually experience from staying in most hotels/motels. This farm house is a new purchase in 2023 and we will be working on a few repairs and finishing touches to have it ready for the spring of 2024.

The porch and scenery has a certain simplicity and peace about it.
The recently remodeled kitchen is a great area with 3 pictures windows looking out over the pasture and farm land.
