The space
Welcome to our Home. We are Ed and Susan and moved to Park City in 1966 along with an opportunity to invest in a ski lodge. Ed was raised in upstate NY, and Susan in Anaheim, CA. We love this home--it is surrounded by majestic mountains on the west, historic Park Avenue on the East, and the ski lifts are within walking distance!

We have decided to completely renovate this house and fill it with new furnishings to be how we would enjoy using it--we hope you'll enjoy it, too! Here are some details. . .

The main advantage of our home is that you can walk to the Park City Ski Area in the Winter and enjoy the Alpine Slide plus other rides and activities in the
Summer. Also, a few steps out our front door is the Free Park City Bus Service
which can take you almost anywhere you want to go including Park City Main
Street and Deer Valley Resort. Out our back is a large green field in the Summer and snowy fun in the winter.

MAIN LEVEL:
Enter the front door or through the private garage. The Living Room has a soaring ceiling, lots of natural light, and a double-sided gas fireplace. The sofa and chair are perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

In the 2-car garage, you can store your skis, snowboards, and bicycles (mountain bike racks in the garage) . Just inside from the garage are a convenient 1/2 bath, and brand new washer and dryer for your use.

The deck features our new hot tub to soothe muscles after a busy day. We love this wonderful feature!

The all-new kitchen has everything needed to prepare your meals and snacks. It is adjacent to the dining table.

Open to the kitchen is a perfect gathering area, complete with a huge TV, sofa, comfy chairs, and cozy gas fireplace. This open-concept space is made for everyone in your group to gather and connect!


UPPER LEVEL:
The Primary Bedroom has a luscious king mattress for restful sleep. Its ensuite bathroom has a double vanity, bathtub, and shower. This suite is very spacious.

The 2nd Bedroom has a sumptuous queen mattress at the top of the stairs. It is next to a full bathroom.

The 3rd bedroom, also by the bathroom, has 2 single twin beds plus a trundle. Up to 3 people can sleep tranquility here during their stay.


Parking:

Park City has very limited parking. Many guests use a shuttle service from the airport to get up to the mountain resort area and from there they take public transportation to get to and from the ski resorts or to dining and retail on the main street. Our property is conveniently located within walking distance of the best parts of Park City. If you choose to shuttle to our location, it is very reasonable to walk from our location directly to where you want to be!

A few steps out our front door is the Free Park City All Electric Bus Service,
which can take you almost anywhere you want to go including Park City Main
Street and Deer Valley Resort.

However, we do have a two-car garage. This garage has a depth that needs to be understood. Certain longer vehicles will not sit in the garage and you are not allowed to park on the street in Park City so you need to read this carefully and you need to know how long your vehicle is to plan accordingly.

A new 2023 Toyota TRD Pro with a hitch was able to fit with about 6” to spare, so let’s say 218” deep is about the max. It’s your responsibility to check your vehicle length to ensure if you can fit or not.

Similarly, there is a driveway, but the driveway is also not very long, and you are not allowed to protrude into the sidewalk or street.

The place has a little patio area with the hot tub, but other than that you can kind of see the neighboring houses' backyards as well right next to you, but the backyards just sort of continued into a huge open space grass area. Perfect for running around and throwing a football or a frisbee or playing together with your friends and family.

You will have access to the home, a garage, the hot tub, and all that park city has to offer when you step outside the door and walk in any direction!
Other things to note
The hot tub area does not have a privacy wall around it so when you go out to use the hot tub others that are in the park in back or in the next-door houses can see you.

**Walk to the Lifts** - It is about a 6-10 minute walk to the base of Park City Resort.

Hundreds of miles of mountain bike trails within a few mile radius as well for all you mountain biking fanatics!
