Welcome to our vibrant 5-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom sanctuary in the heart of San Diego. Spanning a generous 2,908 sq ft., this space is perfect for large groups and families. Nestled minutes away from the Torrey Pines Natural Reserve, Torrey Pines Beach, and the world-renowned Torrey Pines Golf Course, our home promises an unforgettable stay with easy access to some of the area's best attractions.

The Space:
Upon entry, you’ll be greeted with breathtaking high ceilings and abundance of natural light, ushering you into a thoughtfully-curated living space blending style, warmth, and comfort. The heart of our home, the chef's kitchen, boasts ample counter space and bar seating - a perfect spot for breakfast or evening cocktails. If you prefer alfresco dining, a private fenced backyard awaits with plush seating, a BBQ grill, and a dining space, all crowned by a golfer's putting green.

Bedroom 1: A true master suite, complete with a plush king bed, an ensuite bath, and balcony featuring a shaded swinging chair that overlooks the backyard.

Bedroom 2 & 3: Each space is fit with a snug queen bed.

Bedroom 4: Tailored for flexibility, this room boasts a full bed and a twin trundle, as well as a desk for your remote work needs.

Bedroom 5: For those seeking more, our flex space functions both as a leisure room and gym, complete with a queen size sofa bed. Exercise equipment includes an elliptical, yoga mat, weights, and more.

Make every meal memorable in our chic dining space, which accommodates up to 10 guests, and an HD wall-mounted TV nearby for your entertainment. Rounding off our home's conveniences are the 3.5 opulently designed bathrooms, an on-site laundry room with washer and dryer, and a private driveway for your peace of mind and convenience

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to everything shown in the photos . The home is accessed using a smart lock and a code will be sent through the booking platform the morning of check-in.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the northern reaches of San Diego, Torrey Hills is a charming suburban neighborhood that offers a mix of coastal beauty and urban convenience. Situated just east of the stunning Del Mar Mesa Preserve, bordered by Carmel Valley to the south, and conveniently close to the Pacific Ocean, make our home the ideal location for those seeking a serene coastal lifestyle on their visit to San Diego.

Getting Around:
The home comes with two parking spaces in the driveway and you're also welcome to park on the street in front of the home. It takes about 15 - 20 minutes to get anywhere in San Diego from the home by car.

Alternative transportation options are Lyft, Uber or the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System.

GUESTS
For security purposes, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on the booking platform, including a clear photograph of your face (so we know the person booking is in fact the person checking in) and have your ID verified.
You must be at least 25 years old to reserve our property.
Check-in is 4PM or later. Check-in instructions will be sent via email the morning of your stay.
No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises: Doing either will result in eviction from the property and may also result in law enforcement involvement, and you will not be refunded the rest of your stay.

PETS
While we love pets, unfortunately, we do not allow them at the property out of respect for future guests allergies.

DAMAGE
We understand accidents happen. In the event of damage occurring to the property, we require that all guests report any and all damage during their stay, prior to check-out.

SMOKING
Our property is 100% smoke free, in both private and communal areas, including the home itself, and any other areas within the home and the communal property, regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule, we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeiture of your security deposit.

EVENTS & PARTIES
While our first priority is ensuring our valued guests enjoy their stay, we have an equally important commitment to the safety and comfort of our neighbors and community. QUIET HOURS are daily from 10PM-8AM. We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints and parties of any sort. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Please read the property rules prior to confirming your reservation. If you’re uncomfortable with these rules, we encourage you to please make alternate accommodations.

SECURITY
This property may implement video surveillance in outdoor public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Additionally, this property may also use Noise Aware technology to ensure the comfort and security of our guests.

VISITORS
We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. You may not have additional guests unless previously authorized by the host.

FILMING & PHOTO SHOOTS
If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or photo/film shoots of any kind, please contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc.

LIABILITY RELEASE
Guest agrees to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the home rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting our property is strictly prohibited.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We highly recommend our guests purchase travel insurance to protect them against any issues that would cause a guest to have to cancel their trip. InsureMyTrip offers plans from 21 different carriers, have an easy-to-follow website that allows you to compare and contrast each policy or e-mail details to yourself, and offer a wide range from standard policies to 5 star coverage. If you do a quick online search it should pop up.
