Property needs maintenance
My three girlfriends and I stayed in the unit for 4 days. The condo when you walk in looks exactly like pics.
Pros- kitchen very spacious, living room spacious with comfortable couches. The beds were comfortable. They let us check in at noon which was very appreciated. Pool area very clean with a lot of chairs. Plenty of shops and deli very good.
Cons- this unit looks like they have had same issues for a while and no one has come to fix anything. The first night I messaged Maintenance as per instruction because the downstairs bedrooms were so hot. Could not get cooled. No response. Next morning woke up water dripping from ceiling upstairs. Sent another text, no response. Went downstairs to security to ask for help. No one came. Finally messaged property manager and someone came within 10 minutes. They stopped the leak and changed our filters (which were so gross and clearly had not been changed in Very long time. The bedrooms never cooled off, air does not work downstairs. There are so many lightbulbs out maintenance didn’t even address it. I went to open glass door upstairs and handle came off in my hand. Then when you go outside looks like they just put stuff on holes and no handle. Water on sinks downstairs is backwards so try cold and hot and one bedroom one side didn’t even work. Do not try to message property manager early they won’t respond until couple days before you check in.you have to pay $5 per bag if you want them to hold luggage due to later flights.
