Experience true luxury during the winter season at our ski-in/ski-out townhome nestled in the Base Camp at Iron Horse townhomes at Winter Park Resort. Located just below the traverse from the renowned Mary Jane side of the resort to the Winter Park Base. You and your guests will have easy access to the slopes via 150-yardoodland hiking trail—please be aware that there are stairs involved.

For added convenience, you can hop on the free shuttle bus, which will whisk you away to Winter Park Resort Base Village, a mere 1/4 mile away.

Our townhome is designed for your comfort and enjoyment during the snowy months. It boasts a private hot tub where you can warm up and relax after an exhilarating day on the slopes. The chef's kitchen is fully stocked, so you can whip up delicious meals to savor with family and friends. If grilling is more your style, a gas grill is at your disposal.

This winter wonderland is the perfect setting for your next trip, whether it's a family ski vacation or a getaway with friends. However, please note that this townhouse is spread over multiple levels and features several staircases, making it less suitable for guests with limited mobility. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor.

This property has parking for one vehicle in the garage and one in the driveway for the home. Any additional vehicles must be parked off-site.

Homeowner's Tip: We enjoy walking over to the Bonfils-Stanton area and taking the short hike around ‘the moose pond' in the early morning or late afternoon. There is always something interesting to see!

Sleeping Arrangements: Queen in the Primary bedroom, Queen in the second bedroom, Queen in the third bedroom, Twin over full and twin over twin bunk in the fourth bedroom. Sleeps up to eleven guests.

Location: Just 1/4 mile from Winter Park Resort Village Two miles to downtown Winter Park. Ski access available by 150 yard walk on maintained path to Corridor ski trail (some stairs), or take the free bus shuttle to Base Village at Winter Park Resort. What to be aware of:

- ONLY 2 parking spots at condo
- No A/C due to cool mountain climate
- Short walk to slopes that does involve stairs
- In the event that a private hot tub in a rental property becomes inoperable during your stay, SkyRun Winter Park will make all attempts to correct the problem as soon as possible and refund a maximum of $25 per day.  This does not apply to on-site recreational facilities where the guest has access to.
