Overall a really good stay!

I've read some bad and negative reviews about this place, and I can honestly say, either those reviews lied or they fixed all the issues before we got there. We all liked and enjoyed the place. It was nice and clean, spacious and accommodating. Even our kids loved it. My baby girl asked me if this was gonna be our new home because she liked it. Never had any issues with the house or owner. This place don't have washer and dryer, but not every place does. If that's a deal breaker, find a place that does have it. We simply washed our dirty clothes back at our homes when the trip was over. Other than that, I can only recall one negative thing happening, and that was I got a nail in my tire from the driveway. That's nobody's fault, sometimes stuff just happens. No telling where that one nail come from or how it got in the driveway. And it was no big deal. Went to a nearby tire shop, got a quick patch job, and been riding good every since. Cost me $30, however certain places will patch a nail in your tire for free! But if I can't spare $30 on an unexpected emergency situation, I shouldn't be on a vacation trip to begin with. Anyway, this was a great play to stay, and my family enjoyed. Thanks

Bien, mais demande des améliorations

La maison était assez grande pour accueillir 4 couples. Les deux salles de bain étaient adéquates et nécessaires lorsqu'on est beaucoup de voyageurs. Le quartier est calme et accessible. Bien situé. La maison est fraîchement rénovée; au goût du jour. Points négatifs: la maison était sale à notre arrivée. Beaucoup de poussière: sous les lits, aux coins des murs, sur les surfaces... Il y avait même des déchets sous les meubles: bouteilles d'eau, bouteille de Gatorade entamées, papier cadeau et autres déchets. Les planchers étaient sales, on ne pouvait marcher pieds nus sans salir nos pieds. La cuisine était équipée de façon plutôt rudimentaire: pas de passoire pour les pâtes, pas d'ouvre-bouteille à vin, pas de bols à mélanger..b. On avait accès à seulement une petite quantité de linges à vaisselle ou torchons. Puisque la maison n'est pas équipée de laveuse ni de sécheuse, c'était insuffisant et peu convivial. Nous ne pouvions pas laver les serviettes pour le corps et débarbouillettes pour se laver directement à la maison., Rien pour laver la vaisselle à la main. il n'y avait pas de sac à poubelles de surplus. La maison peut accueillir facilement plus de 6 personnes, mais il n'y a pas plus de chaises pour manger. La cour arrière est pas entretenue. Il faut améliorer quelques points de la maison

Would have never stayed

The trip did not start off good, we get to the house and the door code provided to me doesn’t work. I try to message, call and text the host for 40 minutes with no answer so I contact VRBO and they are unable to get ahold of him also. They try putting me in a hotel until he does answer (which I appreciate their effort). I have about $300 worth of groceries that I ordered that need to get in fridge/freezer but are now just sitting out. The host finally answers and we get inside of the house. A couple hours in we notice roaches on the counter by the fridge, we kill them and don’t make a big deal out of it, but I do later notify the host about them. We go into the backyard because we’re excited for the putt putt area and all we see is a big pile of dirt and wheelbarrows. The back yard was so disappointing, so now everything we planned to do including letting the kids run around are now ruined. The second to last day there we can’t find the washer and dryer to wash our clothes for the trip back home. I ask the just where they are because it is listed as an amenity for the house and he proceeds to tell me that we can go down the street and wash our stuff after I told him that he has it listed as being in his home. I’m so upset that we had to spend our Christmas in this house, it was such a disappointment and nothing like the as. If I would have known that the house was like this I would have never rented it and it makes me so mad that the ad is a lie. Waste of money with no refund
