Other things to note
POOL: From April through October, solar panels assist in warming the pool, but it cannot be heated to a specific temperature and depends on the weather.

NOISE: This is a quiet neighborhood. Please keep the music/conversation noise down during the daytime and evening.

QUIET HOURS: After 9 PM at night, please head back in the house. All music, TV, and conversations should be kept to a regular conversation level. Please respect the Quiet Hours, as they are mandated by Sonoma County. Breaking this rule is grounds for ending your stay early with no refund.

Please note: Based on county regulations, no outdoor wood-burning fires are allowed. Indoor wood fireplaces may be impacted by 'spare-the-air' days.
