Enjoy fishing in the canal right outside the house! Please note that a fishing license is required for guests who wish to cast a line.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house! This includes the washer and dryer as well which is available for use during your stay at any time. The whole property is yours for the duration of your stay :)

Additionally, Downtown Dearborn Street offers delightful farmer markets on Thursday mornings, adding a touch of local charm and fresh produce to this idyllic neighborhood.

Getting Around:
Boca Grande, a hidden gem known for its crystal-clear turquoise waters, is just a short 15-minute drive from our location and if you're in the mood for a day at the beach, you'll find Englewood Beach, a fantastic spot, only 7 miles away from here. We're conveniently situated to help you make the most of your coastal adventures!

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you!

For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
