Cozy Slope Side Condo at Dobie!

Enjoy this conveniently located condo. Dobie is located right on the ski slopes. Walk out onto the balcony and watch as the mountain comes alive in the early morning hours. Walk over to the The Edge restaurant and enjoy an amazing meal while taking in the beautiful mountain views. Pop into the Mountain Inn, grab a hot cocoa or coffee, and warm up by the fire.

This cozy condo is the perfect getaway for skiing, hiking, romantic getaways, or a family vacation. The full-size kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, & toaster, as well as pots, pans, & utensils. The living room offers a flat-screen TV equipped with cable. From there, enjoy some light reading at the sunk-in living room surrounding the wood-burning fireplace. Step out onto the balcony for some fresh air and watch the skiers & snowboarders from this 3rd floor condo. Walk out of the building, around the building, & hop right onto the slopes.

The main floor offers a master bedroom/bathroom suite with a king bed. This bedroom offers big beautiful windows to enjoy the natural sunlight and a smart TV to watch your favorite movies or TV shows. Enjoy your own private bath. The guest bedroom offers a bunk bed with easy access to the guest bathroom across the hall. Go up the spiral staircase to the loft bedroom that offers a queen bed, smart TV, & private bathroom.

We provide STARTER toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. You’ll want to bring extra. We do provide liquid dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, and a sponge or dish cloth. We also provide 1 towel and wash cloth per guest mentioned on your reservation when you booked; hand towels will be provided as well. There is a washer & dryer but we do NOT supply the laundry detergent.

Please note: We are not considered "Resort Members" so you will not have access to The Devils Grill, Devils Knob Golf Course or the Wintergarden Spa. You may be able to book a spa treatment to access the indoor pool etc. but we HIGHLY recommend checking with the resort directly to confirm.

We highly recommend reserving your lift tickets and ski equipment in advance as they are NOT guaranteed. Check the Wintergreen Resort website for availability.

Guests will have access to the Chestnut Springs and Rodes Farm outdoor pools from 2PM to 6PM. (Memorial Day Weekend-Labor Day Weekend). A valid I.D. will be required for access. Lake Monocan is also available on Sundays, Tuesday-Friday. Check the WPOA website for hours and pricing.

The use of motorcycles are prohibited on the mountain. Guests driving motorcycles will need to park at the Wintergreen PD and have transportation up to the condo.

There is no elevator and the condo is located on the 3rd floor.

EARLY CHECK INS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Check with us a few days prior to your stay to see if we can accommodate an early-check in. Early check-ins are NOT guaranteed.

There is numbered parking spaces numbered for each unit. There is 1 spot per unit. Additional parking is located across the lot.

We won't be available in person but are always reachable through the app. You'll be provided with an emergency contact during your stay as well.
