The property offers an amazing large outdoor gated pool with loungers and parasols, and a toddler pool. The gardens are superbly manicured and the whole urbanisation is immaculate.
Within a 10 minute stroll is the port with its restaurants to suit all taste buds and offering every cuisine you can think of set around a beautiful harbour setting.
The local typical Spanish town of San Luis De Sabinillas is another 5 minute stroll along the promenade, where beach side restaurants and bars are plentiful, as are banks, pharmacy's, shops of all types and of course sardines cooked in boats on the beach!
If you enjoy walking and cycling then the choice is endless. With a beachside promenade stretching for miles in both directions.
A bus stop is at the end of the road and local attractions include, Estepona, Gibraltar, Manilva, Alcazaba lagoon in Casares and numerous beaches.
Further afield a fantastic waterpark suitable for all ages can be found in Algecira and within an hours drive Malaga town with its Roman baths, Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Mijas Pueblo and Costa, Marbella and Puerto Banus.

Access to the urbanisation is either through a private pedestrian access gate or with a vehicle through two large gates into a secure undergound car park with designated parking space. Keeping your car cool during the day. From the car park either a lift or stairs are available.
The apartment offers real home from home comforts. The kitchen with all crockery, cutlery, utensils and usual mod cons, including washer and dryer, dishwasher, full fridge freezer, cool boxes for the beach with ice packs. The twin bedroom has two single beds, full size double wardrobe and drawers with a Juliet balcony and rear garden view. The shower bathroom with toilet and sink is located next to it with ample storage.
The master bedroom with twin patio doors offering stunning views over the Med, has a double built in wardrobe, drawers and storage. The doors exit onto the terrace.
The ensuite has toilet, sink and bath with shower over.It also has a tall storage unit.
The main lounge living/dining room affords a comfy sofa with TV, DVD's etc. whilst the dining table with 4 chairs enables you to eat indoors as an option. The twin patio doors exit on to the terrace which has comfy seating to while away the hours with your preferred beverage!
The apartment has been our holiday destination for 7 years and we love it. So much so we now live in the campo (countryside) offering accommodation in our 2 beautiful apartments that sleep 8 in total and we can offer two-centre holidays.
