One bedroom with a Queen bed and a queen sofa bed can hold comfortably up to 4 people.
The house is 96 sqm and the huge garden (for Amsterdam) is 65 sqm.
The garden has a complete dinner table and chairs for eating al fresco (Summer)
A private entry to the flat helps to not disturb anybody, at anytime, at ground level, unique in the city!

I own this property and rent it normally when I am on holidays, I like to receive the guests and to give the insight of this beautiful city. Some of the hosts become my friends with the years, that's very nice.
I am a Biomedical engineer but play music and paint oil as main hobbies.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

This part of the city is a bit calmer than the channels, the people around are nicer than around my old house in amsterdam Zuid, anywhere in amsterdam are enough bars, but the ones around my house are more easygoing and somehow less pretentious and less pricy. The Amstel channel at the back of my house gives you the feeling of a lot of space which is something exclusive in Amsterdam.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

I got this property -being in the ground floor- thinking of the future years and to move easier to the property, so no stairs and all the house can be accessed via wheelchair. The high ceilings with ground to floor windows give this apartment a special illumination during the whole year.
At last the garden, I have had some guests who had eaten everyday in the garden (in summer), the natural pergola gives you the private feeling of being suddenly somewhere else and not in a crowded city, I allow my smoker guests to use the garden for that -until 10pm-
