Enjoyable

The condo was nice. It had adequate kitchen items and bathroom needs. It had sufficient room for our needs which was 4 people. Access to the beach was great and it wasnt over crowded. The only problem we had which was not to the room itself but the neighbors above. They were very noisy and liked to be rude and make 530am wake up calls. We will look forward to vacationing her again.

We love PCB

This condo has been recently been updated! Close to elevator and stairs. There were a few broke items through condo. Had to go out and buy coffee pot! Was fairly clean. Could use some deep cleaning! Overall it was nice. Beds were comfortable!

Overall great unit

The only complaint we have about this property was the very uncomfortable furniture and the very dirty floors. I always take a Swifter and box of cleaning pads. I used all 24 and all were black with dirt. The balcony floor was also filthy.

Great place!

The unit itself is very nice. We enjoyed our stay. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the things you would want in a condo. We didn't use the pool area so I can't comment on that, But the beach is fantastic and the chairs/ etc. That are available for youth in the condo were great. Our only complaint is that there are three elevators in this large property and one of them, the one which would have served this condo, was out our entire stay. Since this condo is on the 9th floor, it was problematic and negatively impacted our stay. I didn't give the property fewer stars because it's not the owner's fault, but renters should be aware because I imagine this is not the first time elevators have been out. Allegedly there was a lightning strike which "fried the motherboard". Given the importance of the elevators, I wonder why the homeowners association doesn't insist on having replacement parts on site and available. Because the elevator was out, we found ourselves using the stairs instead due to the long wait times of the other elevators. Not so bad going down, not very fun coming up to the 9th floor. Overall, I would recommend this condo.
