Cozy Waterfront Cottage w/fire pit in Deltaville

Escape to Deltaville when you stay at this charming 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage! Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the deck while watching the blue heron fish the creek. Then grab your bait and head over to Fishing Bay Marina for an afternoon fishing adventure. Return home to relax in the hammock with a good book before firing up the grill and enjoying a meal with loved ones. End the night by the fire pit munching on s'mores and telling stories! Don't forget to enjoy the outdoor shower!

All spaces may be accessed apart from two small owners closets.
Other things to note
There is a blue information folder on the table next to the breakfast table, in the kitchen. Please read through the folder, there is a lot of information in there.
The tap water is very good to drink, it is well water that is filtered through an expensive filtration system. It is better than most city tap water. We also provide jugs to be filled locally at the fire station, simply because we like the taste better and our dispenser will heat and cool the water. We ask that you take the trash to the dump please as our rural area offers limited trash pick up. Furthermore, the rural nature of our home means trash attracts wild animals and pests. We take trash frequently to the dump when we are there to avoid attracting pests.

Please respect our house as if it was your own. We have spent a lot of time making our home comfortable and welcoming for guests.
Please do not try to open our owners locker and closet.
Please be very gentle with the blinds when opening and closing them. They are cordless. You simply push them up gently to open and pull down gently to close.
Please use only the grey towels for makeup
Please be careful when opening the primary bedroom door, there is a mirror behind it
The TV is set up for guest mode, please login into your favorite apps to view TV. Dont forget to log out prior to leaving
Twin sheets, comforters and pillows are in the laundry room. These are for the day bed, trundle and fold out ottoman.
The ottoman in the living room folds out to a twin bed.
