The Space:
This mountain chalet is designed to accommodate 10 people and offers a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. The interior includes four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a spacious living room with a stone fireplace, a modern kitchen and a dining room. In addition, it has a games room with billiards, a private spa, and a magnificent terrace offering breathtaking views of the mountains. The whole creates an ideal setting for a memorable mountain vacation.

Guest Access:
It is necessary to have a car to get to the chalet.
In winter, we recommend having a 4x4 vehicle (SUV).

The Neighborhood:
The chalet is located opposite the Val St-Côme ski slopes in the "Quartier du Cerf"

Saint-Côme is a dynamic city, with many winter and summer activities. You are close to all amenities (Grocery stores, SAQ, gas station, pharmacy, restaurants, Tré Carré brasserie etc.)

Getting Around:
The property is located in the municipality of St-Côme in the Lanaudière region.

It is located in an area called: Quartier du Cerf. This area is located opposite and a few meters from the Ski Val St-Côme mountain.

You can add the coordinates of Val St-Côme to your GPS.

Just opposite the VSC ski mountain on rue des skieurs, you will be on the 347, turn left and you will enter the area.
Then you will have to turn left on 2 Y (Ch Quartier du Cerf and the crossing), and right at the T (on Ch du Faon)
AND BOOM!!! The chalet is at the very end at the top of the mountain.
