Disappointed

I had such high hopes for this property. The location and ping pong table lured me in and were the highlights. I did receive all check in info in a timely manner. A car is in the driveway which arriving after dark as a female with my teenage son was in a word terrifying not expecting that. The inside is clean and you can see that they are working on updates but I never felt at ease or comfortable. The backyard is far from an oasis unless you are the ducks that come to use the pool for leisure and a big potty. The pool was cleaned one day but we were still afraid to use it. The WIFI worked for most of our stay but was out for last 2 days. I did get a response that they were checking and would contact me with a plan but no plan or fix. The trash is very much an issue outside the house and someone should definitely come check the mail. Very nice TV in master but no fire stick or way to use it.

Terrible

Sat on porch. For 2 hours. Wait for door code. TV not work. new remote 4 days later. Pool not vacuumed on bottom. Garbage overflowing bins side of house. NO Wi-Fi code on Fridge. Neighbor concerned about rats at garbage. could see where garbage bags were chewed open. Went to marriott for 2 nights, return to no power, no hot water, no lights WANT MONEY BACK No access to electrical panel. We cleaned up the garbage. For concern of little old lady next door. Inside was clean, outside was terrible.
