Master suite has a king, 1st Floor bedroom also has a KING, two of the bedrooms have a Queen, and 2 Twin beds in the 5th room. 1 air mattresses available upon request. 1st Floor has a full bathroom. Plenty of Kitchen utensils, pots/pans, appliances, anything you could possibly want in a kitchen, including spices! Children friendly & lots of technology! Updated home, with 2 car garage access. Driveway also has a parking pad, so 3 more vehicles can fit comfortably. Total of 5 parking spaces on property, with plenty of street parking. The home was built in 1996, so it presents an open concept, with 5 nice sized rooms. Basement has 6 theater seats, which recline and are super comfortable! Cards available, and of course plenty of games! Pool table in basement for constant entertainment! Master Suite has a connected bathroom, and space like you wouldn’t believe! Due to the nature of our business, we allow these same companies to "extend" their stay if they issue a request, 21 days prior to their lease expiration.

If you are seeking long-term housing (30+ days), please submit an inquiry. Even if we do not have availability, we have additional temp housing companies we can recommend. We also have 50+ homes, so we are able to recommend an open location.

If you are seeking short-term housing (less than 30 days), we have a partner we work with, who may have availability.
