This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off main access to Downtown Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, and Denver Airport. There is a grocery store 5 min away and restaurants in the surrounding area.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. Several Days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around the area, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more!
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step outside if you need to.
