Not a good experience
Unfortunately, this management company is not responsive.
We booked this place based on the listing description stating that the property was remodeled. The main floor is mostly remodeled but not the rest of the property. We were welcomed by a bad smell which we immediately reported. Filthy dining room chairs. Management was unresponsive for 2 days but finally responded to just open the windows and start a fire to dissipate the smell. Windows are broken. Once opened, you can’t close them. blinds are also missing blades or are missing entirely. One of the bedrooms had no blinds or window covering and cars on the busy Meridian Avenue would shoot lights straight at you when you are in bed trying to sleep. This rendered the room unusable. Forced to use the uncomfortable sofa sleeper instead. The bedrooms are also old, with carpet in bathrooms, old shower fixtures so low and not staying in place, that it made showering very difficult. All outlets and light fixtures wiring are an after thought and bolted to the wall instead of installed properly per code in the walls.
Parking and noise are an issue. The listing says 2 parking permits, assuming 2 parking spaces but that is not the case. Management unresponsive. Luckily, friends had rented a few streets over, so we parked there. During our stay, neighbors partied all night but management took no action despite contacting them numerous times. Expensive stay and low quality and services.
