Boasting an unbeatable location, this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom mountain escape is your gateway to memorable moments. As you step inside, you're greeted by an inviting open-concept layout featuring classic vaulted wood ceilings and expansive trapezoid windows that frame picturesque views of the surrounding pine trees.

The living area is designed for comfort and entertainment, with an oversized sectional, a warm gas fireplace, and a flat-screen TV—creating the perfect spot for family gatherings. The kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, including a built-in wine fridge, seamlessly flows into the spacious dining area with seating for 10. Picture yourself enjoying game night with loved ones, as this home comes with board games, a library of DVDs, and even a vintage theater-style popcorn maker! Extend the experience outdoors onto the wraparound deck, where you can unwind while taking in the beauty of the forest.

On the main floor, three comfortable guest bedrooms await. One boasts a king-size bed with a patio providing access to the forested backyard, another features a twin over double bed, while a third offers a twin trundle bed, providing plenty of sleeping space for everyone. These bedrooms share a well-appointed full bathroom. CHAMBERLANDS HOA:
Chamberlands is one of the most premier subdivisions at Lake Tahoe. It offers a private beach and swimming pool staffed by the Chambers Lifeguard Team. Transportation is made easy by catching a ride on the blue Chambers bus which picks up all residents outside of their cabins for a ride to and from the beach every 1/2 hour. The beach also has a historic bar and pier, lake view restaurant, and a casual grill. *Chamberlands HOA amenities are available July 1 - Labor Day Weekend

ABOUT THE AREA
Nestled in on the west shore of Lake Tahoe lies Homewood, known for some of the oldest and most prestigious estates on the Lake. Homewood offers something for everyone any time of the year from the popular Homewood Mountain Resort, picturesque beaches, miles of hiking and biking trails, and the full-service Obexer's Boat Company and Marina.

During the summer months, Chambers Landing serves as a premier destination for being the oldest bar on Lake Tahoe. Whether you are enjoying the sun with your furry friend on the public beach or coming in on the boat everyone must try the famous Chamber's Crush. They also serve a wide selection of items at the casual grill and a lake-view restaurant. Looking for a hike offering breathtaking views or a place to mountain bike along the lake? Venture just a mile north to Blackwood Canyon. The pebble beach across from the canyon is also a great spot to bring your dog for a swim. Just 5 miles away, Tahoe City unfolds with its lively eateries, boutiques, cultural events, and more, catering to you and your family.

When the snow starts to fall you are in the perfect location being just minutes away from Homewood Mountain Resort, featuring 2,000 skiable acres. With Ellis Peak sheltering the entire mountain from the high ridge winds no need to worry about “wind hold” at this mountain when everyone else is. Ever wanted to ride in a snowcat and get fresh tracks in the backcountry? Homewood Snowcat Adventures will get you access to 750 acres of train on the flanks of Ellis Peak, above the resort's traditional ski area boundary with a licensed guide! For those wanting to venture further Palisades Tahoe is a 13-minute drive away offering endless fun all year round.

POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
1. Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 10, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age. Sleeping Arrangements for 9.
2. Parking for 2 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. 22 Steps from the parking pad, uphill to the property.
4. Main access to the home is through the gable end slider door.
5. The gas BBQ grill is only available in the summer.
6. There is construction taking place in this neighborhood, some in close proximity to this property. The HOA has rules in place pertaining to hours of work, noise, etc; however, some nuisance should be expected.
7. This property has a metal roof. During the winter months, the side access is purposefully restricted. Ingress and egress goes through the front sliding door which is on the gable end of the property.
8. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.

HOST FEE DETAILS:
Damage Waiver Fee – is collected in lieu of a Security Deposit. Protects you against a maximum of $3000 of unintentional damages at the rental unit, provided that damage is disclosed to Tahoe Getaways prior to check-out.
