This beautiful beach house is the very definition of waterfront luxury. Boasting breathtaking views of the Gulf and Little Lagoon, this unbeatable vacation rental boasts a host of private highlights including a heated pool, a covered dock and boat slip, a sandy beach area, and an incredible outdoor kitchen overlooking the water. Expansive, covered decks on either side of the home showcase Gulf and lagoon views.

The gleaming interior is fully fitted with high-end furnishings and all-new appliances for complete family comfort. The impressive stainless steel kitchen is sure to inspire gourmet creations on its own, or it can be paired with the full outdoor kitchen for family-style meal planning. Additional essentials include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The White House

Let me first say, we were the very first family to stay at the White House. It is a beautiful brand new 6 bedroom home right on Little Lagoon with its own sandy beach right in back and across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is well stocked and beds are comfy, the house was spotless! The builder even paid us a visit to make sure everything was ok! There were a couple of calls to customer service about the pool heat but they responded quickly with a service call, hopefully they can figure out the issue although with summer coming soon, heating the pool won’t be important. That being said, we would love to come again soon, our family of 5 adults and 6 kids, aged 15 to 2, had a great time!
