Spend your days swimming and playing in the amazing, heated saltwater pool, take the kayaks or paddle boards for a spin, go down to the dock for some fishing, or just relax and read a book in one of the comfortable lounge chairs on the lanai. Make your favorite BBQ dinners on the grill and in the evenings indulge yourself with a glass of wine or beer and watch Florida’s famous and most beautiful sunsets. It really cannot get much better.

Bring your boat or rent one. It is well worth it. This property is only minutes away from open waters. You can ride through our mile-long canals, or visit our beautiful islands, spend a day on our wonderful beaches, or go to dinner in Ft. Myers Beach or downtown Fort Myers, tying the boat directly at one of our many waterfront restaurants.
Of course, you are welcome to use the boat lift and we also have a cooler and beach chairs in the garage for use.

And if you are still up for it in the evenings, enjoy a nice bike ride through the neighborhood. There are also multiple restaurants and shops right around the corner you can visit by bike.

When you come back to the house, it might be time for some memorable vacation activities: enjoy playing some sets of ping pong, or challenge each other with some table foosball, or have fun with a few rounds of darts.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook your favorite dishes and to entertain your party.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a smart TV, and a dresser. The attached bathroom has a nice big walk-in shower and a closed in toilet.

One guest bedroom has a queen size bed, and the other guest bedroom has a full-over-full size bunkbed, combined with a trundle bed for kids.

Of course, each bedroom has a smart TV.
