This is a duplex unit and each unit has its own separate entrance and covered garage with shared backyard. Private laundry room located in the basement. We are just a few blocks from the I 35 intersection at Shawnee Mission Parkway, on a fairly tree-lined street, within close distance of Downtown Merriam and just 1 mile from AdventHealth Shawnee Mission. If you are familiar with the place, you will know that it is a wonderful place. There are many retail stores, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, liquor stores, parks and playgrounds located within a few miles.
