Bring the whole family and friends to this great place with lots of room for fun. This home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it perfect for up to 10 guests house has everything to enjoy your stay. You can also have birthdays, events, parties, and fun as soon as you respect our neighbors. Event hours should be till 8PM but, you can move your event upstairs to the Florida room after 8PM.

Bedroom #3- twin bed and bunk bed

This property is 3 minutes drive away from Roy Hanes Park. You can enjoy the day with all family together. Also downtown and Bush Gardens are 20 minute, international mall is 24 minute, zoo and Aquarium are 12 minutes drive
This home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it perfect for up to 10 guests

Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. One extra toilet paper and towels are also provided.

Kitchen / Dining Area:
The kitchen is fully stoked. Large fridge and freezer, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and complete dining sets. A dishwasher has been installed for easy cleanup.

The dining room table is left off the side of the kitchen and has enough seating for up to 8 guests.

Enjoy using a washer and dryer available to you during your visit. Laundry detergent is left for you.

Free Parking- While you’re here, you’ll have access to a private driveway, so you don’t have to worry about parking on the street. please park on the left side

The backyard is fenced in, so you can relax knowing you have total privacy. ! You also have access to the pool, hot tub. BBQ grill, ping-pong table, and more:)Our backyard is where you can relax with friends and family in the Florida sunshine. Take a cool dip in the crystal clear pool – or hang out all day with our floats, noodles, and a tropical cocktail.
Our sunroom has sunny vibes without all the heat. Enjoy leisurely meals around our table, which seats six people. Or spend hours playing billiards.
