Located 50 yards from each other, Ironwood Lake View Lodge and Ironwood Grand Chalet can be rented in tandem. With a combined occupancy of 32 and up to 20 beds, these homes provide a sanctuary for large groups and feature a long list of amenities from the hot tub to the pool tables to the professional curated designs.
Irownwood Lakeview Lodge Space Details:
Kitchen: The kitchen features wood flooring, oak cabinetry and tasteful granite countertops. Formal dining area and another breakfast bar area to wine and dine your guests. Fully equipped with multiple islands and dining locations. Keurig pods, tea bags, ground coffee for your use during your stay.
Living Room: Large open floor plan. Firewood storage. Coffee table for games. Wood Burning Fireplace. Smart TV and a Queen-sized sofa pull out bed. One cabin has AC one does not they both have central heating.
Primary Bedroom: Upstairs you will find a grand master suite featuring a stone fireplace and cozy sitting area with a King size bed and a Queen size futon. Dressers, armoire, attached master bath, luggage stands. Sofa and fireplace for lounging.
Bedroom Two: Gas fireplace, balcony with a hammock featuring a King size bed and Smart TV.
Bedroom Three: Wood burning fireplace, balcony, Smart TV and a King size bed.
Bedroom Four: Features two sets of Twin over Twin bunk beds and kid's toys.
(This room is separated from the game room with barn doors.)
Game Room: Smart TV, pool table, BBQ, board games, children's toys.
Ping pong table located in the garage.
All bathrooms are en- suite sans the powder room off the living room.
Outdoor Space: Multiple beautiful balconies and decks with filtered lake views. Hammock, table and lounge seating. BBQ and Hot tub.

When you’re ready to call it a night you’ll have 4 luxurious bedrooms to choose from. All outfitted with luxury linens and Smart TVs in every room.
Master Bedroom: Retreat to the primary suite upstairs where you can relax in front of the fireplace, get a full nights sleep on the king size bed or enjoy the private deck. Indulge in the large bathroom with a shower & jetted tub. Featuring two twin roll away beds in a large walk-in closet.
Bedroom Two: Sail into a world of comfort as you enter the second bedroom featuring a king sized bed and full sized day bed along with a Smart TV for streaming. This room has a private door into a shared common bathroom.
Bedroom Three: Prepare for a restful nights sleep in the third bedroom featuring a king size bed and Smart TV.
Bedroom Four: Perfect for your little cubs, you will find the bunk room featuring two bunks, twin on top and queen on bottom. An additional twin trundle bed is under one of the bunks. Featuring en-suite bath and walk- in closet as well. Features a Smart TV for streaming.
Game Room: If your guests go missing, there’s a good chance they settling the score on either the pool table or classic upright arcade game.
Outdoor Space: Sink into pure bliss with our inviting hot tub or grill up your favorite meal out on the deck and enjoy being immersed completely in nature.

Ironwood Estates is an exclusive development of newer custom homes, located above the western gateway to the Big Bear Lake Village. Some of the parcels on the southern perimeter of the subdivision back to National Forest land.
Accessed by Paine Road on the west and Cameron Drive on the east, the hillside location of this neighborhood affords many of the homes spectacular “above it all” views of Big Bear Lake, the mountains on the north shore, and the night-time lights of the Village. Free Big Bear Trolley:
Mountain Transit's Free Big Bear Trolley service offers convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors to help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the Valley.
Traffic and illegal parking are a significant issue for Big Bear during the busy winter and summer seasons. We encourage everyone to leave their vehicles at their homes or rentals and hop on the Free Big Bear Trolley to navigate the town.
Three new routes have been specially designed to make accessing restaurants, grocery stores, retail shops, ski resorts, snow play areas, parks and work easy and efficient.
*Guest will have access the entire property.
*Total of 32 guests including children are allowed when you rent both properties. A total of 8 cars (4 at each home) are allowed.
*Total of 20 beds available when you rent both properties
*Both homes have pool tables, 10 beds each, hot tubs and both are pet friendly allowing up to (3) dogs per property.
Parking Instructions for Ironwood Grand Chalet:
Two cars can park in the garage. Two cars can park in driveway in back or roundabout in front. 4 cars allowed.
Parking Instructions for Ironwood Lakeview Lodge:
The home allows for 4 total cars. One large and one small can fit in the garage. You can park either two or three on the driveway. No parking is allowed on the street ever.
The home has garage access. 2 cars can be parked in the garage.
You can access the garage through the front door.
No parties and no loud music. Must be 25 years or older to book these homes.

No over occupancy - $500 per person over occupancy fine plus damages no street parking at any time this is separate and apart from any fines issued by the city for going over occupancy, music heard at the property line, noise after 10pm along with $25 per bag trash rule due to the City of Big Bear Lake laws
No events or parties - any party will incur $5,000 fine plus immediate eviction same with smoking inside nor butts left behind or dog waste
$25 per bag of trash left in the fridge, in kitchen or onsite anywhere - this is the law and we must abide by it
$45 dirty dishes fee - our housekeepers will unload dishes or put them away but do not wash dishes or dump trash per the law
There are no outdoor fires, lighter fluid, coal burning devices, or anything that has its own separate burning device allowed at any time due to fire hazards and $5,000 fines issued by code enforcement. This includes bringing in your own grills or charcoal burning devices and firepits. The home comes equipped with a gas grill please use it as much as you would like.
