Come and relax at the recently renovated Salty Dayz! Just steps from the beach, this updated townhome is the perfect getaway for a small family or a couple looking to soak up the sun! Spend your days on the beach looking for sharks’ teeth, playing in the water, and looking for dolphins. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this townhome comfortably fits 4 guests. It’s open concept flows perfectly out to the balcony and private beach access. Ideal for those seeking pet-free rentals as pets are not allowed at this property. This property is fully equipped with updated appliances, fully stocked kitchen, smart TVs, and an outdoor shower. All linens are included with the property, all you’ll need to bring is your bathing suit and beach towel!

Love fishing? Salty Days is a quick 2–3-minute walk to Seaview Fishing Pier. We also offer a cart to tote all your fishing gear to the pier without filling your hands. Seaview Fishing Pier also has a restaurant and full tackle and convenience shop. With so much to do, Salty Days is in prime location for tons of activities- direct beach access, close to the pier, golf courses, grocery store, and a short drive to Surf City.

Check-in is 3PM and check-out is 10 AM. A digital guide will be emailed to you before your arrival. This guide will provide check-in information, location of property, about the accommodation, house rules and safety information, and a local area guide.

Guests will be given 2 parking passes to use during their stay. The first parking space is located under the deck, and the second is behind that space. Please reference the two photos labeled "Parking" on the listing, as taller vehicles may have difficulty parking under the deck. If you are unsure if your vehicle will be able to fit in the spaces provided, please contact us, and we will assist you in determining.

Disruptive parties and events are not allowed. Must be over 25 to rent.
