I'm a graphic designer and screen-print artist with an apparel line. I recently turned the place where I’ve been living and running my business for the past 15yrs into a fully furnished art gallery and made it available for rental.

This area of West Oakland was zoned for both residential and commercial use and the loft itself was the iconic live work space that I was looking for. The location couldn't be better and called "closer to San Francisco than San Francisco is to itself". West Oakland is where all points of the Bay Area meet with quick access to the 80, 980, 880, 24 and 580 freeways. Just one freeway exit, Bart stop or Ferry ride to San Francisco, 1 mile from Oakland's Uptown (art galleries, specialty shops, diverse eateries, bars and music venues), 1.5 miles from Historic Jack London Square & Ferry Terminal, 2.5 miles from shops and restaurants at Lake Merritt, 7 miles from trails through the sequoias and redwoods at Joaquin Miller Park, 10 miles to Oakland International Airport.
