Nestled in the beautiful Cordillera community, this mountain view home is located near a plethora of trails and Beaver Creek and Vail's ski resorts! When you aren't enjoying the home's private hot tub or in-home theater, take a peaceful walk around Harry A. Nottingham Park, learn something new at Walking Mountains Science Center, shred the slopes at Beaver Creek Resort, and practice your swing at Eaglevail Golf Club (turned into a nordic center come winter).

Composed of ample sunlight and high ceilings, the gorgeous family room displays a stone fireplace, plush seating, and a large smart TV. Steps from here, the chef's kitchen radiantly gleams with its high-end appliances, beautiful countertops, and many nifty gadgets. Dining is made just as easy at one of the formal dining tables or alfresco with amazing mountain views.

The four bedrooms are equally charming, all lined with soft linens, personal TVs, and homey decorations. One of the rooms even has a work desk for WFH situations. An additional workspace is available downstairs. The bathrooms, equally impressive, display respective soaking tubs and walk-in showers. A separate laundry room, central air-conditioning, and internet access tie together the interior amenities.

As the stars begin to fill the night sky, head back outside and fire up the gas grill as you watch the sunset's yellow, orange, and pink hues fall over the peaks beyond.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
