Huge Year-Round Lakeview! Minutes to 2 Boat Ramps, 2 Lakefront Parks and Close to Eureka Springs

This is the house that takes you away from everything. Incredible views of Beaver Lake and the Dam, lots of wildlife, and so very quiet. Fenced backyard. Spacious kitchen for cooking your favorite foods & comfortable furniture.

Located halfway between Garfield and Eureka Springs. There are 2 boat launches located minutes away at Indian Creek or Dam Site State Park. Both parks have plenty of parking and Beaver lakefront access.

Eureka Springs is a charming town that has many attractions and activities to enjoy including great food, ghost tours & the love of Victorian houses.
Check out the Crescent Hotel for ghost tours as well as the Basin Park Hotel.
You can explore the history, culture, and architecture of the Victorian era, or relax in the mineral springs and spas. Some of the popular places to visit are:

Thorncrown Chapel: A beautiful wooden chapel that blends with the forest and has 425 windows. It was designed by a famous architect and is open for tours and worship services.

Christ of the Ozarks: A giant statue of Jesus that overlooks the town and is part of the Great Passion Play, a religious drama that depicts the life and death of Christ.

Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge: A sanctuary for rescued big cats, such as lions, tigers, leopards, and cougars. You can see them up close and learn about their stories and conservation.

Intrigue Theater: A show that features illusionists, mind readers, and paranormal mysteries. It is set in an old historic church and will keep you entertained and amazed.

Great property and great stay

Everything was great. Location, view, deck and plenty of room in the kitchen and living areas.

Family weekend get-away

We had such a great weekend getaway at Kowaliga !! The view was beautiful & the home was everything we needed. We had plenty of space for us (5 adults). If traveling with more adults the 3rd bedroom may be cramped , but perfect for kiddos !! The beds were quite comfy. Had we wanted to cook the kitchen was well stocked with cookware , utensils & some spices. There was a grill on the deck overlooking the beautiful lake for outside cooking. It was nice to have a Keurig for our coffee needs & we put it to good use. We chose to go into Eureka Springs for the afternoon & had dinner on our way back. The only negative we had was the water pressure for our showers. We understand that location can affect this. You may want to bring some of your own toiletries as well. There were plenty of towels for everyone for the time we were there. Karen & Allyson we’re great to communicate with for any questions or needs we had. Even going out to turn on lights since we were arriving after dark. It was so quiet & peaceful but still so close for trips to Eureka Springs or Rogers for dinner or groceries. Overall it is a very nice place to get away for a few days to relax and spend time with family with a beautiful view
