The beautiful 2 bedroom (sleeps 5) / 2 bath, 1261 square foot villa, offers all the amenities of home. 209 North Shore Place, located on the second floor of a quiet upscale complex, guests will delight in the gorgeous rooftop swimming pool and hot tub and beautiful views of the Atlantic! Secure garage parking as well as an elevator that makes trips in and out of the villa exceptionally easy.

As you enter this lovely villa, the spacious dining room table is on the left. The adjacent fully equipped kitchen with Corian counters has a breakfast bar that seats four. To the right of the foyer is the secondary suite with a private bathroom furnished with Queen and Twin beds. Just past the kitchen on the right you enter the primary suite furnished with a King size Bed, access to the balcony along with a private bath with a tub and a separate shower.

The open floor plan leads to the living room. It is tastefully decorated with plenty of seating for the family to watch movies on the large flat screen TV. The exterior door leads to the spacious balcony. This is a great spot for the perfect family vacation.

Situated across the street from Coligny Plaza's many restaurants and shops. Our home is one block to North Forest Beach. As you walk down the beach path you will see the ourdoor beachside pool that is available for use by our guests. Check out Pool Bar Jims for a refreshing summertime beverage.

Perfect Location

We absolutely loved our stay here! The layout of the condo is perfect, giving both bedrooms privacy. The kitchen was nicely equipped with everything that we needed. Comfortable seating, inside and out and the beds were comfortable too! The condo is very well cared for and felt very clean. The location really is perfect. A very short walk to the beach. There were beach chairs at the condo but we ended up renting chairs and umbrellas from the company right on the beach for the week. There are shops, restaurants, coffee, grocery store, and ice cream right across the street! We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Hilton Head!

We have owned 209 North Shore Place (3 N. Forest Beach Dr) for almost 5 years. We have enjoyed hosting guests at our condo. It is really close and convenient to many restaurants, shopping and North Forest Beach with a 5-minute walk to the ocean.

Park your car and walk/bike to everything. We are one block to the beach and across the street to all the amenities you would need for a great vacation. Popular Ice Cream shops and Coffee Shops are literally next to our building.
