The interior amenities are washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 4 Smart TV’s for streaming, wireless internet, ceiling fans. The exterior amenities include a pool (not heated), outside shower, sun deck, covered porch, screen porch This home is strictly a ***NON SMOKING & NO PETS ALLOWED*** HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.
