In this cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom private home in the 14th district, guests are treated to the sound of birds at daybreak and the scent of flowers from a nearby garden.

Designed like a countryside cabin, this quaint rental with 50 square meters of space is the ideal getaway for a couple who wants to leave the hustle and bustle of the big city and live in an idyllic community. The home is surrounded by lots of greenery, which allows guests to be more in touch with nature.

The living room is well-appointed with modern decor and spacious, with cozy sofas and a lounge seat distributed throughout the floor. These sofa beds are convertible and can turn into 2 single beds should you have guests. There is Wifi connectivity available throughout the whole property, a television in the living room, and an air conditioning unit.

The sole bedroom of this apartment is accessible from a short set of steps accessible from the living room. The mezzanine is fitted with a double bed that sleeps two people. There is a flat-screen television found here, as well. Below it, you can find the bathroom which is fitted with a standing shower, a small vanity, and a lavatory, as well as a washing machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking amenities and dining utensils you may need. It is situated under a bright part of the home, where the walls and ceiling are glass. This design allows natural light to enter the home, and illuminate the space without the need for lamps.

There is a rectangular, glass table here and seats for 4 people.

If you prefer to have your meals on the terrace, surrounded by plants and flowers, there is a sliding door behind the dining area that takes you to a beautifully constructed deck, with outdoor furniture including a marble-top coffee table, two stools, and a reclining chair. Walk a little further and you will find a full-length outdoor dining table with 6 seats. A little to the left, you can find two beach recliners and an outdoor umbrella.
