The space
Our home can comfortably host larger groups of up to 12-14 guests. Recharge in any of our four bedrooms with fresh, high-quality bed linens, pillows, and flat-screen Smart TV’s. With no shortage of space, our 4 bedrooms hold 3 Kings, 2 Sets of Double Bunks, and 1 Sofa Bed that pulls out to another queen. All bathrooms have been refinished with modern features and contain essential toiletries, and plush cotton towels.

Our open kitchen and vibrant dining areas are fully stocked and have sufficient space to prepare, cook, cater, and host your guests efficiently. The kitchen also has an additional workspace area. The dining area seats eight guests and opens to the living area. The casita boasts its own bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette as well as its own private entrance.

House Rules:
★ Check-In Time: 4 PM or later via Keyless Entry
★ Check Out Time: 11 AM
Note: Early check in and late check outs are allowed if the property is available. This requires a $100 fee to accommodate cleaning staff. Only based on availability.
★ Please kindly follow the provided checkout instructions regarding clean-up. Guests will be responsible for any expenses incurred for excessive cleaning.
★ You must register all guests staying in the home during your stay. No additional guests are allowed without prior approval.
★ NO SMOKING inside the home or near open doors and windows. Guest(s) will incur a $250 fine for any smoking remnants on the property.
★ POOL: No diving; Please do not tamper with, alter or change any pool settings or equipment; no glass near the pool.
★ NO PARTIES ALLOWED: Host must approve all Special Occasion Events in advance. Any evidence of an unauthorized event will result in the host terminating the remainder of the guests' reservation without reimbursement. Any guest violating the contract will be subject to a fine, plus any additional city-imposed fees and all costs for cleaning and damage repair to the property.
★ NEIGHBORHOOD NOISE ORDINANCE: Please keep a respectable level of noise while staying in our home. Residential exterior noise standards in Scottsdale require music, pets, and vehicles to cease excessive decibels by the 10PM curfew through 7AM. Please conclude all noise by 9:30PM to avoid any conflict.

Things to Note:
★ Professional Pool Maintenance conducted on Tuesday
★ Pool Heating: The pool can be heated up to 85 degrees during your stay for $125/day and the entirety of the stay needs to be heated . If you decide to take advantage of this extra service, please notify the host 48+ hours in advance.
★ Landscaping Maintenance conducted on Friday
★ ***Warning***: The pool and spa at our property do not contain a safety barrier and are unsuitable for young children. We recommend that families with children staying at our property ensure that all children under seven avoid entering the outdoor area unaccompanied or are sufficient swimmers.***
★ Propane Tanks: For amenities that require propane, we do our best to ensure there is remaining propane for your use. However, if there happens to be no propane in the tanks, please let us know, and we will have a new tank delivered the next day. If you need propane the same day, you can replace it at a local grocer and submit the receipt to us for reimbursement.

We accept pets (dogs and cats) that are under 25 lbs. The fee is $175 per pet per stay.
