3 Bedrooms with Queen beds upstairs. 2 Fill bathrooms upstairs. Kitchen, living room, family room, laundry and 1/2 bathroom downstairs. Pool is not heated. BBQ, firepit, and lounge area located in a private backyard. Minimum stay 2 nights.

Amazing Home

This home is absolutely beautiful. It doesn’t make you nervous with little but we made it work. It has everything you need. Definitely recommend!!

Spring Training Getaway

Property was lovely! Beautiful and comfortable accommodations for 6 adults. Minutes from Reds Ballpark/hiking/pickleball/food. The outdoor space with pool was tops! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great stay and accommodations

Was here with my family (children aged 5-10) to visit family. Perfect location for our itinerary. Comfortable, very clean and spacious home, where we spent a couple days just hanging outside on the patio by the pool. Would definitely stay here again if trip planned in the same area. Heads up for families with littles, this home is beautifully decorated with breakable items so extra caution and eyes needed

Nice house & great location

My 2 sons and I had a great stay at this home. Everyone slept very well. Great location. Right by the Reds/Guardians park and close to the main roads to get to some other parks for Spring Training. Just a few minutes from I-10.

Beautifully decorated, open, spacious home.

We had a wonderful time. The home is very tastefully decorated and has a very open and spacious feel. The backyard grilling and prep area was put to use several nights. The house is just as nice as the pictures indicate. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware, plates, glasses, silverware, etc., as well as many of the basics in spices, sauces, and such. Grilling gear was also readily available. My wife and I had the home all to ourselves but it could certainly accommodate a fairly large group--not just in bedroom space, either. There are several comfortable "nooks" with couches, loveseats, etc. to curl up in with a book or catch up on emails. Part of the reason we were looking for accommodations in Goodyear is that we like to incorporate a lot of mountain biking into our down time. Fantasy Island North (“FINS”) is a great mountain biking destination and is only a few minutes away. We spent a couple of hours there each day and never got bored with it. It was also nice to have a garage to keep the bikes in while we were out doing other things. Life is such that things do sometimes go wrong and we were pleasantly surprised that when we needed Kelly she was right there for us and immediately made things right. She is very pleasant to deal with. Equally important, when you don't need anything, you are left completely alone. This was our first time going with a vacation rental home instead of a hotel and I don’t think I could go back to the hotel scene after having such a good experience.

Great house, great location and great time!

We stayed a month and had a wonderful time. We were there for the Reds spring training and the house was in walking distance from the ballpark. The home was close to everything that we needed. The accommodations in the house were great. I would recommend it to anyone who wanted to stay in that area.

A very nice, huge home

We had a great stay in Goodyear, a good location accessible to everything. The house was exactly as advertised. I had a few questions about the home and the owner got back to me immediately. Everything was completely furnished. I was able to have several guests come over for a barbeque one afternoon. The backyard pool area was ideal for entertaining, not to mention the fire table and gas grill. The weather could have been a little warmer, but it was brutal over the entire Country. I would defiantly recommend this home for an Arizona get away.

Amazing owner is perfect

They deserve 10 stars. They got the house together for us at the last minute. Worked late into the night so we could come. I dont know what I would have done without them. Made sure we had everything right down toliet paper.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

Great place and perfect location. Easy drive to Phoenix and day trip to Grand Canyon. Only two hours from Sedona. Enjoyable to just hang out at home and enjoy pool/outdoor kitchen. Would stay again if in Phoenix.

The property was nice but tired and falling apart

Many issues with this rental- glasses, plates, towels had to be cleaned before use. Nice house and neighbourhood but place is tired and falling apart. None of the solar lights worked, no pool lights worked, no under the bar lights worked, no planter lights worked, so the outside lighting consisted of one bulb on the house. The tile is falling off the outside bar and the outdoor fridge is rusted and barely works. Inside the house the refrigerator smelled terribly ( three boxes of baking soda was a good indicator ) it was rusted and the ice maker did not work. The blender was filthy and rusted and wasn’t used. The oven had been sprayed with oven cleaner but not wiped out, so when the oven was preheated it stunk the house up terribly and was not used again. Many of the electrical outlets did not work and one dimmer switch was hanging out of the wall. The exclamation point came when we had no water for over 24 hours in the middle of our vacation week. After many calls and texts we learned from the utility company that the water had been turned off because of a “ billing issue “ . I notified the owner of everything I have listed here and as of this writing I have not received a reply. VRBO is the owners representative who takes payment and guarantees their rentals so it will be interesting to see what happens from here.

The best home vacation

This is a great place to stay, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Spotlessly clean, in a very quiet and peaceful location .The property has a nice pool and a wonderful garden. The rooms we had were very comfortable and the air-conditioning was very welcome indeed! Candilyn couldn't have been more helpful with everything - Especially on the Last minute booking for my family and I , Thank you Candilyn for all your help and advice. We hope staying in contact and hope to book your home for the next visit.

Very disappointing

I was very happy to find a last minute opening for my family and I to enjoy Labor day weekend cooling off in pool. NOT! Pool was dirty and after calling to complain found out pool pump was brock which owner and Kelly were aware of before renting to us. :( Kelly's advice was to clean ourselves and run the waterfall. BUT there was nothing to clean pool with. No brush only a broke pool net with holes. After going to store to buy a pool net the pump exploded from pressure of waterfall and we had to turn main line off. We cleaned pool the best we could in order to use but it was so much work that we only used pool once. House was nice and big but very dusty and in need of cleaning. We brought our own cleaning wipes which we used on entire house. Bathrooms were also very dirty and we had to use bleach to try and clean the nasty stains. Overall I wouldn't recommend this propriety unless your into cleaning for several hours and not having a working pool. Neither owner or agent offered anything except apologies.

Great house in Goodyear

We needed a place for just a week's stay in February, close to Pebble Creek, where some friends of ours were renting a house. It was just a 5-10 min drive to visit with them at Pebble Creek. This Goodyear house was perfect for our stay. Very nice both inside and outside. Kind of big for just the two of us, but we enjoyed all the space. It was very reasonably priced for how big and how nice it is - very nicely decorated. We did wish the pool had been heated, since it was quite warm while we were there, but everything else was great! Kelly was super pleasant to deal with, thanks! We'll recommend your place to others.

Fantastic home

Two couples stayed in this wonderful house. The house is easy to find and near many resturants and shopping also spring baseball traing just a few minutes away. The kitchen was perfectly set up with many extras such as spices and condiments. The backyard was a relaxation paradise with a great pool with a waterfall and a nice gas fireplace with gas bbque. It might have made the pool more enjoyable if it was heated (just a bit to take the shock of getting in ). However we still managed to use the pool in late afternoon - pool cover might help keep heat in. Kelly the property manager was a dream to work with and made things run smoothly and she was always fast in returning emails. Beds and bedding were extreme comfortable. Would not hesitate to rent again.

Amazing property and great location

We were looking for somewhere to relax, enjoy spring training and some golf. We could not have picked a better place. 5 minutes to golf, 10 minute walk to baseball and a relaxing setting. The listing and description are to the letter and the house and yard were spotless. The manager, Kelly, was an absolute dream to work with, explained everything to us at check in and told us she was available for anything we might need. I wold definitely recommend this to property to a friend, ( in fact already passed the name around ). If you do go, check out Roman's Oasis on Yuma road-it's in the area and a great time. Also, Augie's sports grill just a short drive away near Wal-Mart.

Great find on West Side!

This is the house for golfers and Spring training fans. Spring training for Cleveland and St. Louis right down the street in a stunning ballpark. Lots of reasonable golf including Wigwam three courses nearby. Spacious house with perfect back yard. Kitchen fully stocked, so get ready to grill! Pictures provide a very accurate sense of house. Quiet residential neighborhood . Cindi, the owner, and Kelly, the local manager are perfect to work with.

Beautiful and relaxing home!

My wife and I spent a week at Candy's beautiful home. We were assisted by Kelly who was wonderful! The home is very relaxing and accommodating. It has a beautiful backyard with pool and bbq. The residential neighborhood is very quiet and a great place to take a walk around. We enjoyed the local Estrella state park, golf in the area and restaurants nearby. We were only 25 minutes from Phoenix and it was very easy to get to. We look forward to visiting again soon!
