"Right on Tide": An Elevator, the Atlantic, and Pelican's Oh My!


Looking for an ocean get-a-way to enjoy those painted beach sunrises and salty evening breezes? "Right on Tide" may be just the home away from home you are looking for! "Right on Tide"managed by Dale & Salt Water Real Estate is a multi-level row home with sea sights, sounds, and experiences for the whole family. Beach-combing is just a hop & skip away as are Ocean BREEZES from your balcony, private yard, or a two block stroll to the Atlantic! Sun, Surf, and Sand await you on your CB adventure!

THE SPACE:

Pleasure Island (Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, and Fort Fisher) has become a RAPIDLY increasing vacation (and full-time!) destination for the East coast and beyond for many reasons. Because we are in fact a true island, our "maximum capacity" and restricted parking options will always limit the number of visitors who can both rent on and visit our Island simultaneously! Although always relative, this provides a bit more elbow room and open space than average for those looking for more “distancing” and privacy than some larger public beaches. It’s a family-oriented beach with a touch of everything one might be looking for! It’s an AMAZING place to visit, live, and never leave!

The home lies directly in the middle of both Carolina and Kure Beaches and is a long walk or short drive from downtown Carolina Beach and everything that is has to offer. In Carolina Beach you’ve got the boardwalk, restaurants, and local shops of all kinds. If you like adventures, the marina is also there where you can take an offshore fishing trip, diving excursion, or party boat out for a sunset sail. Camping more your thing? Bring the 4X4 and drive (and camp) on the beach at Freeman Park, located on the North End of the island. You can also head down to Kure Beach and fish directly off their fishing pier compete with bait, tackles, and more! The Carolina Beach Lake is nearby, hosting a weekly Farmer’s Market every Saturday, FIREWORKS every Thursday, and outdoor summer movies on Sunday’s (on a large inflatable screen in the middle of the lake!). We welcome you to sit back, relax and enjoy yourselves because that's exactly what the beach is for!

On the 1st floor of your charming 5 bedroom, 4 bath home you'll find:

-Stairs to 2nd floor on left.
-A garage entrance to your right.
-While passing the garage, on the right is Full Bathroom #1 with a walk-in shower, washer/dryer, along with an accessible chair for showering.
-Back out into the hallway, is Bedroom #1 with 2 (two) single Twin size beds.
-Behind the stairs and left of bedroom #1 is access to the elevator.

Up to the 2nd floor:
-Atop the stairs (or elevator access) and beside elevator is Bedroom #2 with 2 (two) Twin bunk beds.
-Directly outside of bedroom #2 is Full bathroom #2 with a shower/tub combo (located between Bedroom's #2 & #3).
-Bedroom #3 is next door with 1 (one) Queen size bed.
-Bedroom #4 (The Master bedroom) has 1 (one) king size bed, full ensuite walk in shower (Full Bathroom #3) and separate door to use the WC along with private access to a private balcony facing the driveway.
-Outside of Bedroom #5 and to the right is the stairway (or elevator!) to the 3rd floor.

On to the 3rd floor:
-To the right of the elevator or stairway up rests Bedroom #5 with 1 (one) yellow Queen size bed and new smart tv!
- Outside of Bedroom #5 there is a Full Bathroom (#4) with a shower/tub combo.
-Farther down is the open kitchen, dining room, entertainment area, and private access to the balcony facing driveway. The kitchen is stocked will all the basic cooking and dining utensils one can expect (plates, bowls, cups, silverware, etc.). In addition, there is a microwave, toaster, coffer maker and blender ready to help make yourself at home (while on Vacay!).

A few of the amenities provided by your Owners include courtesy Eco Amenities travel size organic soap/shampoo/lotions and large Aussie shampoo and conditioner are left in the bathroom of each bath as well. Also, a roll of TP in each bathroom, 1 roll of PT in the kitchen, 2 garbage bags per garbage, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, dryer sheets, hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, Cafe' Bustelo, Tazo Tea, and pure cane sugar in each kitchen. Additional items are likely on sight as well!

A TV and WIFI connection will ensure you stay briefly connected with the outside world before heading back to hunt for the perfect shell. You'll find a Smart TV is each Family Room and Master bedroom to enjoy your personal subscriptions and accounts just like home!

There are multiple Smart WIFI TV's along with a WIFI computer connection for when it's time to sit back and enjoy some movies or shows after a long day at the beach! Bring a Fire Stick, Apple TV, Laptop w/ HDMI cable or other such casting device if looking to ensure all of the tech comforts from home are available during your stay!

GUEST ACCESS:

The HOME: Guests have full access to their own private HOME (never shared) along with a respective patio, balcony and backyard.

PARKING: Each reservation will have access to 3-4 (size of the vehicles permitting) assigned parking spaces in from of the home towards the right.

•Closest BEACH access: L Avenue Public Beach Access (L Ave.).

•Salt Water Real Estate has partnered with the absolute best vendors our Island has to offer to help ensure guests can spend more time enjoying themselves and less time researching! Our partners include the Tony Silvagni Surf School for professional surf lessons, bicycle, umbrella and chair rentals, Hot Ticket Fishing Charters, Salty Dog Yoga, Beachside Express Services, Amy’s Rise N Shine, and Griffin Cleaning and linens. Our partners support guests of Salt Water Real Estate with the highest caliber of local services for extremely competitive and oft discounted pricing.

****UGRENT****
To ensure the safety and continuity of the elevator, it is IMPERATIVE to follow and adhere to all operational instructions and best practices posted at each elevator access. Failure to do so can lead to temporary operational issues of which cannot always be remedied in a timely manner and create an unwanted impact to one’s adventure. The elevator is a "freight" elevator, with a 500 lb weight limit and is primarily meant for luggage, groceries, and elderly or disabled guests requiring special needs assistance. For this reason, thank you in advance for ensuring to utilize safely, properly and have an AMAZING stay!

Carolina Beach

•The Town of Carolina Beach offers multiple public parking options to visitors and residents on a FIRST COM-FIRST SERVE basis. Town-operated parking is open year round and paid parking is enforced March 1st - October 31st from 9AM - 8PM. Parking fees restart each morning during enforcement hours for all of the Town's parking lots and on-street parking spaces.

•PARKING RATES:

Parking Lots $ 6/hour or $25/day
Premium Parking Lots $ 7/hour or $35/day

Kure Beach

Parking is enforced March 15 – Sept. 30 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Parking rates are $5 per hour. Visitors may purchase a day pass for $20, weekly pass for $100 or full season pass for $225.

GOLF CARTS

•To the county, golf carts are considered automobiles. Generally speaking, golf carts are NOT allowed on premises of ANY condo, condotel, or apartment. The same goes for trailers, motorcycles, etc. For SFR’s or properties supporting multiple vehicles, carts should be OK. However, be conscious that few homes have external outlets WITHOUT GFCI’S (which are code by today’s standards). Charging a cart on a GFCI will immediately trip the breaker, resulting in the inability to charge a cart amongst other repercussions. Gas carts will generally be the ideal rental option if in a home whose parking supports such.

•ALL suites are non-smoking (including vaping) and a heavy cleaning/repair charge can result if not adhered to. This includes porches, decks, balconies, and walkways.

•Linens (sheets, towels, floor towels, pillowcases, etc.) are NOT part of the suite rental. Pillows and basic comforters ARE provided. Please refer to the bedding chart supplied in the booking site description section for a unit’s bed sizes and plan accordingly. We partner with Seaside Linens & Rentals for any guests looking to rent a linen package as opposed to bringing or buying your own. They will deliver directly into the suite in advance of your stay!

• SWRE contractual quiet hours begin at 9:00pm EST. Town ordinance may allow more latitude with regards to noise (11:00pm) but our expectations are to help ensure all guests, locals, and neighbors alike have an enjoyable experience.

•Please always consider TRAVEL INSURANCE from your respective booking site or vendor to help protect your costs in case of inclement weather or last-minute travel complications (court, illness, etc.). These items are NOT refundable scenarios unless the property itself is compromised. If that does happen, we will do our absolute best to find you alternative housing.

INTERACTIONS WITH GUEST:

I will be available for check-in and general assistance until 8PM EST. Anything with the exception of an emergency (ie. flood, fire, or another *safety* related risk sent to Maintenance) will be responded to ASAP the following day :)
