Welcome to your seaside retreat at Sea Colony, nestled in the heart of Bethany Beach. This inviting 3-bedroom condo offers a perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm, making it an ideal haven for your beach vacation getaway.

Step into the cozy living room, adorned with a plush sofa bed and a TV, creating a perfect spot for relaxation. Adjacent to the living area is an enclosed porch, where you can unwind in the gentle breeze on patio seating beneath a comforting ceiling fan for those hot summer nights.

The dining area, an extension of the living room, features a table for 6 and additional seating for 2 at the kitchen island. The fully stocked kitchen, equipped with all regular appliances, has everything you need to enjoy a meal at home. Adjacent to the kitchen is a convenient laundry area with a stackable washer and dryer for added convenience.

The bedrooms are designed for restful nights and peaceful mornings. The first bedroom boasts a king bed, a TV, a spacious closet, and an attached bathroom with a shower tub. The second bedroom features two twin beds and its own TV. The loft, serving as the third bedroom, offers a full bed and a twin bed, along with a TV.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.
