We wanted to give the same experience to people visiting our properties and be able to provide the most incredible accommodations to all of our guests.
We obsess over every detail and have an incredible team to ensure our properties are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard prior to your visit. Our guests' book with us for a reason, and we'd love to host you for you to find out why.
Currently we are helping homeowners from across the country manage their investment properties / vacation rentals by welcoming guests into their homes through our property management business, Pique Properties. We are a hands-on short term rental management company and handle all the logistical work that goes into managing short term rentals. Showcasing these properties to look their best and bring in higher returns for our partners and investors is just a small part of what we do.

- Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized.
- This is a BRAND NEW home built in 2022 with a HUGE owners suite with attached private ensuite, a King Bed & Walk-in Closet!
- Our house features two full washrooms and a half bathroom on the main floor.
- Only a 20 minute drive to Edmonton's world famous - West Edmonton Mall (WEM) and 20 minute drive to YEG Airport
- Beautifully decorated space by a local Edmonton Designer with Modern & Cozy furnishings and a bright warm ambiance.
- Easy self-checkin via. secure door keypad.
- Secure attached double garage available for use!
- Our house features TWO Living Rooms which has lightening fast WiFi on our large 55" SMART TV which features complimentary Netflix.
- Games Room w/ a Foosball table and pullout couch - great for kids!
What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. However, if you open the windows it will help create a great cross breeze to cool down the suite fast!
-Our home is BRAND NEW construction which is amazing with all new finishes and furniture. However, because it is a brand new neighbourhood as well, there is a bit of construction dust outside and potential construction noise while during the week and daytime hours while the neighbourhood fills out.
-Our home has a separate basement suite with another short term rental unit. The space is not shared as it is a completely separate unit with it's own entrance and HVAC system.
Our house comfortably sleeps 8 guests with 2 king beds in the master and second bedroom and 1 queen bed in the 3rd bedroom, all located upstairs, and one queen pullout couch located in the second floor bonus room - perfect for kids!
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.
