Enjoy a beautiful, light and bright home with exposed beam ceilings and open floor plan. Built in 2019, this modern farmhouse overlooks ten acres with sweeping views of the Coburg Hills. Bedrooms include king and queen beds and a cozy nook in the laundry features an adorable bunk bed for additional sleeping. Spend your day at the U of O or catch a game at Autzen Stadium or Matthew Knight Arena, then drive a mere ten minutes to get away from the hustle and bustle with fresh air and tranquil views. Transport to stadiums may be available for additional fee. Enjoy a drink or read a book on the covered deck overlooking pastures with horses and cattle. The beautiful kitchen is equipped to cook, or drive two minutes to the darling town of Coburg to explore the restaurants there. Owners live onsite in the adjacent home to address any needs. All of the amenities and convenience of location with a feeling that you’ve escaped to the country!

Great Spot!

We had a great stay! The property is beautiful, updated, and clean. Communication was great. Couldn't have been easier. Highly recommend. A few things I'll highlight, which may be useful to others: *Very easy access to Eugene and campus events. This is what we used the property for and it worked very well. *Checkout was a breeze! No extensive trash removal or dishes or laundry requirements. *Coffee grinder, french press, and drip machine available. *The hottub that's noted on the listing is on the neighboring (owners') deck - I'm sure we could have accessed it if we'd asked, but that felt a bit awkward and we didn't. *There is no stove, and only a half-height oven.

Just Beautiful!

Perfect home with amazing views. Great host! The home was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Oregon countryside while being close enough to everything in Eugene. This is a Gem and I would definitely rent again. Thankful to have found such a wonderful place to spend time with my family.

Lovely Home and Stay

Michelle and Doug were exceptional hosts. Great communicators who provided us with all the comforts of home. The house itself could be taken from the pages of Home Beautiful. It was amazingly clean and comfortable. There was an incredible shower and a toilet that had a setting to warm your bottom. Toiletries and snacks were available for our enjoyment. Each morning, upon waking and opening the curtains, we were treated to a beautiful view complete with five very friendly horses. Our stay away from home was the best we have ever experienced. Thank you Michelle and Doug! We look forward to seeing you again.

Ladies 6-member ministry retreat

Perfect location...peaceful, surroundings beautiful and property was very clean, comfortable, and well decorated. Hostess was excellent in communicating answers to questions. We will definitely keep this property as a 'next time' choice.
